La Casa Blanca, a nod to the childhood memories of the owners, who chose to build here to relax with their children far from the tumult of Paris.

At the exit of the charming little village of Ker Chaineau, La Casa Blanca is located at the edge of a path reserved for bicycles, and signposted as a dead end, where several constructions have recently seen the light of day, bringing life to this preserved neighborhood. Approximately 1.6km) from the beaches of Sabias, Belle Maison and Sables Rouis and 2.3 km from the port of Port-Joinville, La Casa Blanca is close to everything, without being in the heart of the tourist hubbub It is the ideal starting point for doing everything by bike, while being quiet and close to the wild coast.

After entering the front of the house, you access the kitchen area open to the living room. The equipment is modern and functional: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood, and washing machine in the cellar. the household appliances are of course new and modern. Toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.

The main room opens onto a beautiful stone terrace with its table, 8 chairs, parasol, etc.

A corridor leads to a 1st bedroom with a 160 double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin single beds, a 3rd bedroom with 4 real non-twin beds, 1 separate WC, a shower room, a large bathroom with bathtub and WC ,

The floor is tiled throughout in a honey parquet style. Wooden shutters and light gray PVC openings.

In 2023, La Casa Blanca was open to vacationers for a few weeks, the time to be broken down by the owners who were happy to improve it with each visit.

It is now open to vacationers for a few weeks a year.

Cleaning fees are made obligatory in order to participate in end-of-stay maintenance and laundry management. They complete the daily cleaning: dishes, sanitary facilities, refrigerator, oven, barbecue, trash cans, which remain the responsibility of the occupants.

Availability and rates

• Overnight Stay: between €120 and €360 depending on the season and the length of the stay.
• Please see the calendar below to find out the rates for the period you are interested in. The rate covers 1 to 6 guest and the whole house. A supplement of €20 per guest and per overnight stay will be asked to accomodate up to 2 additional guests (8 occupants maximum).
• We accept stays of a shorted duration than 7 days at certain periods only, please get in touch (the rate is then adapted).
• Linen: included.
• Cleaning (end-of-stay): €95 flat rate.
• Visitor's tax: allow for a maximum of €2.75 per adult and overnight stay.
• Deposit: we ask for a deposit of €750.
