l’Escapade little haven of nature in the heart of Ker Bossy

Authentic ile d’Yeu house for 4 to 7 persons

L’escapade. The nearest beach is about 1,2km at Ker Châlon, and the port at 1,6 km. The house is halfway between the port and Saint Sauveur located in the small village of Ker Bossy, in the center of the island, close tu everything and nestled in a large fenced and weeded garden. Once throuh the gate, we discover a haven of peace.

The charm of an authentic Île d’Yeu house, de plain-pied, on one level, with its blue shutters, its organized living room: fireplace and opening on to the stone terrace , a huge garden of 1500m2, with an acrobranche,and swing area, happiness of youngest and tu feel good, inside and out. Built en the 85 years, its benefits from modern comfort, while respecting the island spirit : sociable, quality of life above all.

It is a traditional holiday home on the island, comfortable in all seasons, in an intimate format with plenty of space. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. It is open all year round, for interludes around a wood fire in winter. The heating is electric ( adjust the cost if it is up to 15€ per day, for those who are very cold)

We enter the house through the back kitchen. Then, the kitchen ( dishwasher, large refrigerator, gas stove with oven, micro wave, ), open the the warm and friendly living room, furnished to be welcoming all year, winter or summer, extending into a patio, with an outdoor fireplace allowing you to enjoy this outdoor romm at any time, noon and evening, and whatever the weather. The terrace opens onto the garden, sheltered from any view.

On otheir side of the fireplace, there is a double bedroom with the desk ans large cpboards, and a second has separate twin beds, large closets. Bathroom with bathhub , new towel dryer. Separate WC .

In the other side of the house, behind yhe kitchen, ( with washing machine, second fridge, storage space), we can find another bedroom , opening onto the patio, with two single beds

A small shower room adjoins the entrance with shower and WC

The house has undergone regular maintenance and has been recently renovated

Your bicycles can be stored in a small storage room. A vehicle can be parkes in the located

We have installed an outdoor shower, which allows you to rinse with water outside.

Cleanind fees are made obligatory in order to participate in the end-of-stay maintenance and laundry management . They complete the daily cleaning : dishes, toilets, fridges, ove, barbecue, trash cans, which remains the responsability occupants.

Availability and rates

• Overnight Stay: between €99 and €400 depending on the season and the length of the stay.
• Please see the calendar below to find out the rates for the period you are interested in. The rate covers 1 to 6 guest and the whole house. A supplement of €20 per overnight stay will be asked to accomodate 1 additional guest (7 occupants maximum).
• We accept stays of a shorted duration than 7 days at certain periods only, please get in touch (the rate is then adapted).
• Linen: included.
• Cleaning (end-of-stay): €95 flat rate.
• Visitor's tax: allow for a maximum of €2.75 per adult and overnight stay.
• Deposit: we do not ask for a deposit.
