The Site uses umami.is to monitor the visits in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Also, the Site uses third-party services that may collect data:

  • Google Calendar to provide you with a real-time view of the availability and rates of each house
  • CartoDB to enable you to locate the houses on an interactive map.

On your first visit, we save your preferred theme (light or dark) and language in your browser.

Guest reviews

Reviews from previous holidaymakers are invaluable for people looking for a house for their holiday. That is why we present a selection of reviews left by holidaymakers we have hosted collected directly from them or via the matching platform used.

The data collected is exclusively that which is publicly accessible, in particular when it is available: first name, town, country, date and content of the review, rating, profile photo, user ID on the platform guaranteeing its integrity.

We ask search engines not to index pages containing reviews, and when a holidaymaker whose review we have published makes , we proceed to anonymisation (deletion of the town and profile photo) or to the immediate deletion of the review.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all the resources making up the content of the Site (texts, photos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Publisher and are protected by a copyright.

The visitor is not authorised to reproduce, represent, modify, translate, adapt, in part or in whole, for valuable consideration or free of charge, the Site, its content and each of its component parts, without the prior written consent of the Publisher.

Apart from some data retrieved on demand such as houses rates and availability and other geographical data, the Site is entirely static, which is efficient and secure 👌
